CONSULTATION
Meet and greet with the client to go over the project and create a wish list.

DESIGN
Turn the client's wish list into a schematic representation and provide 3D visuals.

COLLECT & SOURCE
Collect materials and finishes that represent the final design. Select vendors and consultants for purchasing materials for the project.

EXECUTE & SUPERVISE
Project manage on-site and coordinate with installers and deliveries for a smooth end finish.

Preparation of technical specifications with the client

Implementation of at least 3 options of the proposed design

Build a 3D model of the space with textures and furniture to visualize the space

Create renderings (if needed)

FF&E (selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment)

Project budgeting

Put together the Interior Design drawing required by Architect (floor plans, RCP, material floor plan, elevations, details, spec sheet)

Coordinate with suppliers to get quotes and place orders

Delivery coordination and project management during installation
Work Break Down
Each project is unique, therefore the final cost is calculated at the stage of approval of the technical task.
